Client Success Services™
RightAnswers takes a shared ownership approach to ensure that each client gets the greatest
possible value from their solution. This approach includes services to help ensure rapid adoption
and long term content effectiveness. Our Client Success team works in partnership with your
organization to help implement best practices ensuring that your solution quickly shows positive results.
RightAnswers assigns our customers a Client Success Manager (CSM) who will be dedicated to
their project. This CSM reviews search statistics and works proactively with that organization
to identify needs and provide solutions. Additionally our CSM acts as an advisor on best practices
assisting in driving adoption to both end user and support analyst communities.
The program includes:
