Directors
Mark Finkel
Mr. Finkel is currently the Board Chair for RightAnswers as well as a Venture Partner
at Prism Capital. He founded RightAnswers, LLC in July 2001 by successfully leading an
investment group acquisition of ServiceWare Technologies' content division, where he
served as CFO. During his ongoing tenure with RightAnswers and Prism, Mr. Finkel
also served as the President of Halo Holdings, a global provider of standards-based
enterprise software and on-demand solutions.
Prior to ServiceWare, Mr. Finkel spent several years working with a number of technology
companies as an investor and acting executive. He was previously both Executive VP and CFO for
LogicWorks, a Morgan Stanley-led IPO and also served as CFO for Neuron Data. Mr. Finkel was the
CFO for Consilium, a leading software provider to industrial manufacturing environments, where
he led the effort to take the company public with Hambrecht & Quist. Prior to that, he practiced
corporate law at Ware & Friedenrich in Palo Alto, California, focusing on
technology companies and financings.
Robert Chefitz
Mr. Chefitz
is currently a General Partner
at the NJTC Venture Fund, which makes catalytic
seed, startup, and early stage venture capital
investments. Prior to joining the NJTC Venture Fund,
he was formerly a general partner at Apax Partners in
New York for 15 years and at Golder Thoma Cressey in
Chicago for 7 years. He has extensive experience in
both early stage companies and large leveraged buyouts,
and is a past president of the NY Venture Association.
He currently sits on the Boards of Directors at CML
Emergency Services, Cebatech, Cylex, Hycrete, and Linguagen,
and is an observer on the Board of Valera Pharmaceuticals.
Robert Finkel
Mr. Finkel
is President and founder of Prism Capital, the management
company of the Prism Opportunity Fund and the Prism Mezzanine
Fund. For the last seventeen years he has been completing
middle market transactions, the last fifteen years in the
Chicago private equity he has overseen equity fund deployment
into fourteen portfolio companies and mezzanine fund deployment
into four companies. Mr. Finkel currently serves on the Boards
of Penn-Wheeling Closure and Artromick, Inc. and is a founder
and currently serves as Chairman of the Illinois Venture
Capital Association. He also serves on the board of Chicago
Junior Achievement.
Jeffrey Weinstein
Prior to his current position as CEO and
President of RightAnswers, Mr. Weinstein served
as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances
at ePresence, a market leader in delivering secure
identity management solutions based on directory technology.
Mr. Weinstein joined ePresence following its acquisition of
Strategic Network Designs (SND), an IT consulting group
specializing in sales automation solutions, where he served as
Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure at SND,
he headed a comprehensive sales and marketing effort that doubled
revenues within 18 months and led to the company's acquisition by
ePresence in 2000.
Previously, Mr. Weinstein was National Sales
Manager for Magic Solutions, Inc., where he was recruited to build
out the national field sales organization. He has also held sales
management and marketing positions at NYNEX and AGS Information Services.
