Simon Yelsky VP, Product Management & Client Success
Mr. Yelsky is responsible for the product vision, design, and delivery and works closely with the development and professional services teams. His responsibilities also include managing the client success team who is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
Throughout his tenure Simon has been a catalyst for developing best-practices and creating the right mix of technology, content, and methodologies for clients. He was instrumental in the introduction of the RightAnswers suite of software solutions to the market and continues to add value to these products. Simon’s efforts have helped to expand the company’s offering into product areas such as external content access and Wikis.
Mr. Yelsky strives to help clients utilize new technologies and to provide clarity and insight into the RightAnswers value proposition. His vision has helped to create a best-of-breed solution comprised of cost-effective and technically superior products. Mr. Yelsky is a frequent speaker at industry events on knowledge management topics, most recently presented at HDI 2008 and HDI 2009 annual events.
He received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and holds and MBA in Finance & International Business from the New York University. Prior to joining RightAnswers Simon worked as a technical director at Information Builders & Citibank in New York City as well as for First Empire State Corporation in Buffalo, NY.
