Don’t want to recreate the wheel? Use Edit Assistant to check for (and leverage) existing solutions in the Knowledge base.

Solution Manager helps you get started with pre-built templates for common problem types including:

  • Error — addresses problems involving error messages that often appear in dialog boxes
