As President and CEO of RightAnswers since 2002, Jeff Weinstein is the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction and overall growth. As a true testament to his forward-thinking vision of the cloud, Jeff led a successful transition of RightAnswers from an IT content provider to the #1 provider of cloud-based knowledge management and self-service solutions. Through Jeff’s unwavering leadership and guidance, RightAnswers has evolved into the de facto standard for knowledge management, with more than 450 global organizations and millions of users successfully leveraging RightAnswers for both internal IT and customer service initiatives.
Jeff motivates the team to continually meet and exceed RightAnswers’ commitment to the success and growth of RightAnswers’ clients and partners by regularly meeting with them to understand their challenges and discuss how RightAnswers can help address them.
As an active member in several industry groups, Jeff frequently speaks on the benefits of knowledge management. His passion for knowledge management and more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry have given him the insight necessary to expand the reach of RightAnswers.
Prior to joining RightAnswers, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances at ePresence, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Strategic Network Designs, and National Sales Manager for Magic Solutions, Inc.
Jeff earned his MBA in Business Administration from Monmouth University, and his BS in Chemistry from Alfred University.
Jeff, along with his wife and two daughters, value the importance of giving back to the community by volunteering, donating to various charities and coaching his daughters’ travel soccer teams. Jeff is a Board Member of Keep on Pushing Foundation and a member of the Entrepreneurs‘ Organization (EO) and the Vision Society at Monmouth University.

As Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development since 2011, Bill leads the company’s sales, strategic alliances and key growth initiatives. Bill joined RightAnswers in 2009 as Vice President of Business Development and quickly expanded RightAnswers roster of outsourcing and technology partners, resulting in extending the global distribution of the RightAnswers solution.
Bill earned his BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Before joining RightAnswers, Bill was Vice President and Managing Director at Misys where he was responsible for Americas sales and alliances. He has also held leadership positions at Microsoft, SAP America, Lawson Software, and Neocase Software. Bill’s experience in the CRM industry has raised the skill and performance level of our sales team and benefited RightAnswers, our partners and our customers.

As Vice President of Professional Services and Product Development, Keith directs RightAnswers development and implementation teams, and takes an active role in pre-sales activities, working with organizations to determine the best method of deployment for their unique environments.
Keith and his team help evolve RightAnswers software by incorporating customer feedback to address both industry and customer trends. Keith is personally responsible for directing the creation of new products as well as expanding and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Keith helps ensure the success of RightAnswers customers by ensuring that the product is tailored to customer needs and is implemented quickly and seamlessly into their environments.
Keith received a BA from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining RightAnswers, he held development, sales and management roles at Dendrite, CyberShift, Extensity and Geac.

As Vice President of Client Success and Support, Tom manages the relationship with RightAnswers clients. His teams serve as the single point of contact for client issues, and is responsible for onboarding new clients, ongoing training, self-service and support adoption, and support on RightAnswers products and services, including customer functional and technical support, as well as our cloud infrastructure.
Tom Policano has over 30 years’ experience in global information technology support and customer service. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Client Success at RightAnswers, where he established the training program and created the RightAnswers Knowledge Management Certification Program, which has certified hundreds of clients on the RightAnswers platform.
Tom’s passion for RightAnswers and knowledge began as a client of RightAnswers, when he served as Senior Director of Service Delivery for Enterprise Information Technology at Cablevision, the fifth-largest cable company in the U.S. He experienced the positive impact of RightAnswers on the level of service and end-user and customer satisfaction.
His previous positions include Vice President of IT, EL AL-USA; Vice President of Sales and Operations, Paramount Systems; and Director of Data Center Operations and R&D, Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
Tom is ITIL-certified and is a member of several technical associations.

As Vice President of Marketing at RightAnswers, Gary plays a key role in the company’s hitting revenue targets and expanding its business, as well as building awareness of RightAnswers as the preeminent global provider of SaaS knowledge management solutions.
Prior to RightAnswers, Gary led North America Marketing at WGSN, which delivers market intelligence and big data solutions to the fashion and retail industries. He has led global marketing for Infragistics, a user experience software vendor, and Confirmit, a leading Enterprise Feedback Management vendor, which under Gary’s watch grew from $14M to more than $50M.
Gary holds an MS in Engineering Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
When he’s not in the office, Gary gives back to his community as an official for YMCA and USA swimming meets. You may also find him on his bicycle or in scouting campgrounds with his family.

As Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, Simon provides thought leadership and presents the vision for new product development. Simon and his team incorporate industry and customer trends into the product development cycle, delivering to the market a knowledge management platform built on best practices and proven methodologies.
Since joining RightAnswers in 2004, Simon has been a catalyst for developing best practices and creating the right mix of technology, content and methodologies for our customers. Simon strives to help customers use new technologies and to provide clarity and insight into the RightAnswers value proposition.
Before joining RightAnswers Simon was the Knowledge Management Practice Director at Ness Technologies, served as the eastern region Pre-sales Manager for Personify, and the Technical Director at Information Builders and Citibank in New York City, as well as for First Empire State Corporation in Buffalo, NY.
Simon belongs to several industry associations and is a frequent speaker at industry events on knowledge management topics. Simon earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and holds an MBA in Finance & International Business from the New York University.
